We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was perfect as it was only a short drive to all the activities we had planned. The hotel provided a shuttle service to and from the airport, which was very convenient. We were able to check in early and the front desk staff was incredibly helpful. The lobby area was clean and inviting. Our room was spotless and the pool area was lovely, with comfortable lounge chairs. The bar served delicious cocktails, like the refreshing lemon drop martini. the hotel had great cleanliness, facilities, and a convenient location for exploring the city, going to concerts, and accessing transportation or the cruise port.

I had a fantastic stay. The hotel was clean and had excellent facilities. Parking was free and there was plenty of space. The location was great, in a safe neighborhood and close to the stadium. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The pool was great, and the check-in process was lovely and helpful. The rooms were clean and there were still available rooms when we were stranded in the city. The store in the lobby was a huge help when we had to leave late at night. We were also grateful for the safe smoking area provided. The bed was amazingly comfortable, with no low spots and just the right level of firmness and temperature. The housekeeping attendant was attentive and the room was well cleaned and stocked. The front desk staff doubled as our concierge and even offered complimentary transportation to local restaurants, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff in general were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We enjoyed the food at the bar, which was above average, and the beer was cold. The Wi-Fi worked well.

The counter agent was wonderful and made our stay enjoyable. The hotel provided a comfortable King-sized room with a working desk and small refrigerator. The WiFi worked superbly and the onsite parking was free with plenty of space. This hotel is conveniently located near the airport, mall, and multiple dining facilities.
