We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent, the room was clean and stylish, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel facilities, including the pool and the Tavern bar and restaurant, were top-notch. The transportation options, such as the frequent water taxi to the City Walk area and theme parks, were incredibly convenient. We never had to worry about catching up with time as the watertaxi was always available.

I had a warm welcome at the check-in desk and the kids loved picking their favorite character pictures for the key cards. No lines at check-in even when we arrived late at 9 pm. The breakfast room at Amatista Cookhouse was amazing, with delicious french toast, salmon, hot grilled vegetables, and more. The secured swimming pool was great, perfect for kids and adults. The interiors and exteriors of the hotel were beautifully decorated and stylish. The water taxi to the park was excellent and quick, and staying at this resort allowed us to enter the park one hour earlier. Self-parking was convenient and easy, and the bathroom had good water pressure in the showers.
Everything is what I need and want.
The hotel's location was fantastic, as we were able to walk to City Walk in just 15 minutes or take the convenient water taxi. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We also loved the hotel facilities, especially the pool deck, which looked inviting even though we didn't have time to use it.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The location was perfect as it was in close proximity to the park and the boat shuttle in the morning made it convenient to get to Universal Studios. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially at the bar where they recommended the delicious rum tasting. The room service was also excellent, and I appreciated the empty fridge in the room for my personal items. The large pool area had plenty of free chairs and there was entertainment available for those who wanted it. the cleanliness of the property was well-maintained and the hotel facilities, including the game room and on-site dining, were top-notch. The early park admission and easy access to City Walk were additional perks that made my stay even more enjoyable.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
